Hi, I’m Chris Conway.

I’m co-head brewer at Toronto’s Folly Brewpub, but I’m also a historian and writer. I write about homebrew for TAPS Magazine and I’ve written extensively on my native Newfoundland’s beer history over on my other – now less active – blog. I’ve also written for Newfoundland’s The Overcast on beer culture and history.

This blog is for my personal (not affiliated with Folly Brewpub!) opinions and thoughts about being a professional brewer, beer in Ontario, and things I find interesting or infuriating about “craft beer” culture.
